Home is older but immaculate with a huge wrap around porch for enjoying bbq’s or just sitting outside on the quiet street - Short Sands is about a mile away - an easy bike ride or a nice walk - Kitchen is older but well-equipped with everything you need Bedrooms and living areas are extremely comfortable- A great beach getaway - and working with Salt & Shine is always easy & seamless -

The rental was excellent!! Upon arrival it was very clean and the house layout was great! Plenty of room For your family. Awesome location !!! Could see the ocean from all 3 floors!!! The concierge service also helped us with setting up a private chef!! It was a great experience! The yard and fire pit was nice bonus too!!! House was well stocked with towels, linens and beach chairs!!! The team was so helpful and responsive with any issues. Excellent experience 5 stars!

We are a family of 5 and we had my mom with us too, and we had an unbelievable week at a Wave from it all! It was perfect for the 6 of us. My sister came up for just a couple nights and it got a bit tight with her, but it's a great size for a family and grandparents! Love the set up with the family room, kitchen, and dining room on the main floor. The master suite up top is to die for! It is a quick walk across the street to long sands beach and only about a .6 walk to short sands which we did almost every night to play on the basketball courts! :-) The house came with everything you would possibly need and more. The beach chairs and wagon were an extra added bonus as we only brought a few chairs and a beach blanket with us. We had only one issue on a really rainy night where the master closet sprung a leak but otherwise, was A OK! We would love to come back here and stay again. Honestly, the only improvements might be bunk beds, trundle beds, or an extra twin in the back room so you can fit 3-4 kids in there and that way utilize the pull out if you have an overnight guest and an outdoor shower, although the hose out there was great. Also the wifi was tough.. my husband and I each had to log in at least one day for a call for work, and we had to be sure no one else was on the internet or we'd lose connection. I LOVE the decor. Kudos to the owner!! It's truly an amazing house. We never were able to use the firepit but we really wanted to, just ran out of nice evenings. Next time!

We stayed at a wave from it all with another family- both groups with small children. The home is set up in such a manner where we all could find our own space. It was very beautiful and well done without easy to break decor. The location was everything. So simple to be back to the house from the beach at a moments notice. A wonderful rental.
